Fruit is very essential to me. It gives me vitamins to keep me alive. And it gives me energy to stay active when i´m working. A lot of fruits also give you water and are very good for you.

Fruit can help you concentrate on work because it gives you energy to stay awake. It keeps your vitamins up to help with cramps. Over all vitamins are good for you and there are a lot in fruits.

Last things here some fruits have sugar in them but that does not make them bad for you. Sugar is not bad for you unless you eat to much of it. The sugar in fruit is natural and actually good for you and your body.
